HCDX-10000B Magnetic Particle Testing / Fluorescent Magnetic Particle Flaw Detector

 

Standard magnetic particle flaw detector is applicable to detect the surface and near surface defects such as cracks and slag of small or medium-sized ferromagnetic class workpiece (such as bolt, pin shaft, shaft sleeve, gear, gear ring, crankshaft, etc.). Generally, these defects are caused by forging, quenching, grinding, and fatigue.

 

 

Characteristics:

  • Semi-closed dark room, unique design
  • Fixed UV lamp
  • Fluorescent or non- fluorescent magnetic particles inspection
  • Flexible use, convenient maintenance
  • Circular , longitudinal , and resultant magnetization
  • Continuously adjustable current, it can be preset and showed as true RMS
  • Optional DC magnetization and demagnetization function
  • Anti-spark copper pad for circular magnetization
