Current Adjustable Demagnetization Effect Portable Multifunction Ndt Magnetic Particle Testing
Brief Introduction:
HCDX-IISC composite magnetic powder flaw detector adopts silicon controlled contactless switch, with low noise, strong magnetic force, long service life and simple operation, suitable for field and laboratory use. The instrument adopts combined configuration, and users can choose probe freely according to their needs. Type A, D, E, O probe can be configured according to user requirements.
HCDX-IISC series has function of demagnetization, and current adjustable.
8-bit MCU is adopted as the controller by this magnetic particles flaw detector (with the phase controlled circuit), and the continuous regulation of magnetizing current can be realized through the precise collection of the AC zero voltage crossing signal and the signal of current regulation. Besides, it is equipped with the function of demagnetization; the demagnetization function can be switched on after choosing the demagnetization mode and pressing the trigger button. In addition, the program of MCU can enjoy lifetime free upgrades, and type A, D, E, O probe can be configured according to user requirements.
Magnetic particle flaw detector is a nondestructive testing equipment for surface and near surface crack defects of all kinds of ferromagnetic parts.
Magnetic particle flaw detector can detect parts with hidden crack defects under the premise of not destroying the material of the detected parts and not affecting the performance of the detected parts. It is an important quality testing equipment for product quality control of parts manufacturing enterprises.
The importance of magnetic particle flaw detector
1, can find the hidden defects of ferromagnetic raw materials, to avoid the loss of parts processing costs;
2. Recessive defects of ferromagnetic parts can be found to avoid the occurrence of safety accidents;

The standard probes introduction for model HCDX-IISC:
Type D probe (electromagnetic yoke probe): equipped with movable joints, can magnetize and detect the surface workpiece.
Type A probe (horseshoe probe): suitable for all kinds of fillet weld, large workpiece inside and outside corners of local magnetization inspection, equipped with working lights.
Type O probe (ring type coil): it is suitable for circumferential crack detection of workpiece, and it is very sensitive to cracks caused by fatigue of workpiece. In addition, it can demagnetize the workpiece by far away method.
Type E probe (rotating magnetic field probe): conduct an all-round flaw detection for all kinds of straight welds, girth welds, butt welds and plane and curved surface with large geometric shapes. The probe is equipped with roller, which facilitates the operation and increases the speed. The probe is equipped with working lights for easy observation.
